After the NTRMAN screen i get stuck at a loading screen and nothing happens.
Shorten your game file might do the trick, it does for me ! Shorten the zip file first then extract it.
I tried to delete the game when I encountered the same problem as you, then windows notification came up saying that the folder name is too long, so when I try to rerun the game after shorten the game folder, works like magic !

NTRMAN’s best work yet, imo. It helps the kids aren’t faceless/eyeless ugly bastards like a lot of NTRMAN’s other works.
Ikr? I kinda avoid ntr but the mother tag’s scent lured me in like apple pie. It was also a satisfying-kinda ntr because u get to have the other mom :3
