I did tested this one before and the “Failed to game pack” error disappear after I install .NET Core Runtime 3.1.8

I’ve had the same problem, that’s how i made it work.
ed and installed ASP.NET Core Runtime 3.1.8Windows Hosting Bundle.
Launched game via launch bat while connected to internet, it does not work without internet connection.
Good thing it works but crack is kinda wonky to be honest.
Error: “Failed to game pack. please make sure internet connection is connected and the configuration file is up to date”….
getting the same thing…game doesn’t work run. the lanch.bat file still says failed game pack.
Still getting the error after getting .Net 3.1.8 anyone else have success in this so far?

I the hosting bundle and it works for me, too. At first I chose the x64 one and it didn’t work, maybe you guys should try the hosting bundle one.

Made an just to tell ya’all that this doesn’t work. The .NET core does not make the game work, either. Reinstalling the game does not fix anything.Reinstalling the .NET framework does not help either. Disabling antivirus (it does detect the .bat file as an IDP-generic threat) does not work either.
Nothing works. This is broken.
For the few elite who did manage to have it work on their PCs, describe your setup and actions taken to fix this. There has to be a common denominator somewhere.

Hello jerryImao: The metal wall on the left side of D7 room can be destroyed with ur pistol, then u can see something like an anthentication, pick it up and it can helps u to proceed.
go to b7 with fire ring to unlock jordan door that lead to A7 then you get authentication D card

the fire ring was in area where there was poison smoke inside the room i think C9. in there you need fast find antibiotic serum use it so you didnt take any dmg or bring lot of medipack so you can keep heal while take dmg from the poison smoke. the ring is in the right near empire soldier death body.
I keep seeing it tells me that the smoke will kill me, so I considered it as a dead end LOL. Thx a lot, that should help me to go on. BTW, will there be a gallery after I finish the whole game?
can i ask how can you get many of bullets? now i m same as your picture’s situtation.
zarla energy and red core energy… is that i can get somewhere?
now i get the bullet from A1 area from the box. exactly not bullet but RTC energy.
you need to combine the energy with a metal to get bullet. the red one is more powerfull then the green one. so think wisely when use your bullet. even you kill the bugs they will respawn every time you progress.

Just like Dzarckle said: metal and energy. There will be a pile of metal u can take as many as u want(I don’t in which room).
it maybe F7 area. metal enough , but it also need more materials like RTC energy for making bullets.
I did tested the game by myself here, installed Windows Desktop Runtime 3.1.8 (x64) and it worked well for me.
Be sure don’t install x86 if your Windows runs on x64, or the opposite. (you’ll probably even get an error message).
I took the 2 newest version. SDK 3.1.402 and ASP.NET Core Runtime 3.1.8 (installer), and it works for me.
I could make it work, and my problem was also the antivirus.
I installed the x64 and x86 “Desktop Runtime 3.1.8”, but didn’t work (but I can’t say that is not necessary since later I did more things).I deleted game folder, then shutdown Avast, extracted game again and started the launcher.bat, because it deletes the batch file (I guess because it starts a server, the antivirus thinks is a trojan somehow).
Everytime you wanna play, you’ll have to stop the antivirus and launch the bat file.
Hope this helps someone.
Aren’t they removed that DRM in the ver 1.2.1?
Finally made it work but i am not sure if the game worth time i spend on messing with launcher. I would give it a chance, but so far it does not look that good.
